Sam Rafoss, RSW is the founder of Cherub Communications & Consulting. She is the mother of three young children who knows first-hand how challenging, yet rewarding, parenting can be. For years she worked with children of all ages prior to having her own and at times confesses "I was a better parent before I had kids!"
